Blacktop Auto Care – Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Blacktop Auto Care. By scheduling or using our mobile automotive services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Service Agreement

Blacktop Auto Care provides mobile vehicle maintenance and light repair services at your home, workplace, or roadside location in the Austin, Texas area. All services are performed by an ASE-certified technician with professional experience.

2. Labor Rates & Minimum Service Fee

  • Our flat hourly labor rate is $125 per hour.

  • A minimum mobile service fee of $75 applies to all visits, regardless of the time spent or services performed.

  • Parts, fluids, or additional materials are billed separately unless otherwise agreed.

3. Scheduling & Appointments

  • Appointments can be scheduled via phone, email, or online booking.

  • Customers are requested to provide accurate vehicle information and contact details.

  • Blacktop Auto Care reserves the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, with notice provided whenever possible.

4. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due upon completion of service.

  • Accepted methods: Credit/Debit card, Apple Pay, or cash.

  • Late payments may incur additional fees.

5. Warranty & Liability

  • Blacktop Auto Care warrants workmanship for 30 days or 1,000 miles, whichever comes first, on labor performed.

  • Parts are subject to the manufacturer’s warranty.

  • Blacktop Auto Care is not responsible for pre-existing vehicle conditions or issues unrelated to services performed.

6. Vehicle Access & Safety

  • Customers must provide safe and legal access to the vehicle.

  • Blacktop Auto Care reserves the right to refuse service if the location or vehicle presents a safety risk.

7. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

  • No-show or late cancellations may incur a fee of up to the minimum mobile service fee ($75).

8. Estimates & Quotes

  • Free quotes are provided based on inspection or information provided by the customer.

  • Actual service costs may vary based on labor, parts, and materials needed.

9. Privacy & Communication

  • Customer information is confidential and used only to provide services.

  • By scheduling service, you consent to receiving communications regarding your vehicle service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
